新型结构溢流管水力旋流器模拟分析与实验研究

         

摘要

The new structures overflow of hydrocyclone was analyzed by computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method and the flow characteristics were observed, and then compared with conventional overflow of hydrocyclone. The separation efficiency and pressure loss of new structure overflow were determined and analyzed by experiment in different operating parameters, which provide the basis for structure optimization of overflow.%应用计算流体动力学方法对新型结构溢流管水力旋流器进行数值模拟分析,观察其流场特性,并将其与常用溢流管水力旋流器进行比较.通过实验研究,测定和分析新型结构溢流管在不同操作参数下的分离效率及压力损失,为水力旋流器溢流管结构优化提供依据.
