大机组润滑油系统化学清洗及油冲洗

摘要

对某石化公司新建100万t/a重整抽提装置4台大型机组润滑油系统化学清洗、油冲洗流程和过程以及评价标准进行了介绍,分析了具体实施过程中存在的一些问题,并提出了相应的解决办法,可为其他新建大机组润滑油系统化学清洗、油冲洗提供借鉴.%For a newly-built 100 × 104 t/a reforming extraction unit, the chemical cleaning, oil flush procedures, process and evaluation standard of the oil lubrication system of four large compressors are introduced.Some problems that exist in concrete implementation process were analyzed.The corresponding solution to the problems was pointed out, in order to provide reference for chemical cleaning, oil flush of oil lubrication system of other newly-built large compressors.
