16Mn手工电弧焊焊接过程声发射信号特性研究

         

摘要

The 24 channels acoustic emission inspection and analysis instrument developed by PAC was used in manual arc welding process of 16Mn, which was in different strength of an electric current. The AE signals was collected and analyzed by parameter analysis and frequency analysis method, in order to explore the acoustic emission characteristics of manual arc welding in different strength of an electric current. The results indicated that when the electric current was greater than standard electric current, the relationship between of the count, the energy and the amplitude of the AE signals was not significantly affected, and the total count and total energy have increased steadily with time. The amplitude were mainly distributed in 500 ~ 850 dB, and the total count and total energy in two-channel were distributed in 65~95 dB, the frequency were mainly in 45 kHz. When the electric current was less than standard electric current, only the relationship between of the total amplitude and the time changes, reaching 1 300~l 600 dB, and the amplitude was much larger than the standard value in every moment.%利用PAC24通道SAMOS声发射检测系统实时采集16Mn钢板在不同电流强度下手工电弧焊焊接过程中的发射信号,并进行相应的参数分析和频谱分析处理,探究在不同电流下手工电弧焊焊接过程中的声发射信号特性.实验结果表明,当电流大于标准电流时,对声发射信号中的计数、能量、幅值之间的关系没有太大的影响,总计数与总能量都随时间平稳增加,幅值主要分布在500~850 dB,两通道的总计数和总能量都分布在65~95 dB,频率主要集中在45 kHz.当电流小于标准电流时,只有两通道的总幅值对时间的关系有变化,达到了1 300~1 600 dB,并且每一个时刻的幅值都远大于标准时的值.
