热风炉燃烧器损坏原因分析及改造

摘要

介绍了热风炉的结构特点、工作原理及使用情况,对热风炉在使用过程中中心枪喷头及稳焰器频繁损坏的原因进行了分析.采用改变液氮洗尾气喷嘴、稳焰器的尺寸及中心枪安装尺寸等改造措施,稳焰器的损坏情况得到了有效改善,提高了磨煤系统的稳定运行周期.%The introduction was made for hot blast stove structure characteristics, working principle and usage of hot blast stove, and the using process of the center gun nozzle and the flame stabilization device frequent causes damage was analyzed. The modification was made for liquid nitrogen wash gas nozzle, flame stabilization device size and center of the gun installation dimension transformation measures, flame stabilizer damage effectively, and the coal grinding system stable operation period was prolonged.
