新型螺旋折流板热交换器壳程传热性能数值模拟

         

摘要

通过 Fluent 数值模拟,比较了2种螺旋折流板热交换器的传热和流动性能,着重对比了不同流速下,新型螺旋折流板热交换器和传统螺旋折流板热交换器的性能参数及特征。结果发现,新型螺旋折流板热交换器的传热性能优于传统的螺旋折流板热交换器,在模拟范围内,随着流速的增加,传热优势最高可达10%,表现出较好的传热效果,但同时压降增大,需要引起注意。%Through fluent numerical simulation,the two kinds of helical baffle heat exchanger was compared about heat transferring and flowing properties,particularly the characteristics of the new helical baffle heat exchanger and the traditional one of performance parameters under dif-ferent flow rates.The results showed that the new helical baffle plate heat exchanger's heat transfer performance is superior to the traditional one.Within the simulation range,with the in-crease of fluid flow,the heat transfer advantage was up to 10%,showing good heat transfer effects.But at the same time,the pressure drop would increase,to which the attention should be paid.
