普光气田硫冷凝器换热管材料腐蚀试验研究

摘要

针对普光气田脱硫单元酸性气的腐蚀环境，选择10渗铝钢、08Cr2AlMo钢、10钢、ND钢这4种材质的管材为研究对象进行腐蚀试验研究，获取上述材料的平均腐蚀速率，以便为硫冷凝器的换热管选材提供参考。试验结果表明，N D钢和10钢在模拟腐蚀环境中耐应力腐蚀和均匀腐蚀的能力优于10渗铝钢和08Cr2AlMo钢。%The experiments are made to find the corrosion performance of 10 aluminum diffused steel ,08Cr2AlMo steel ,10 steel ,ND steel under acid gas environment of desulfidation of Pu-guang .Based on the experiments ,it can be concluded that the corrosion rate of 10 aluminum dif-fused steel and 08Cr2AlMo steel are higher than 10 steel and ND steel .
