钢制薄壁内压球形容器静强度的许用可靠度

摘要

To determine static strength allowable reliability of steel thin-walled internal pressure spherical vessels is one of the foundations for setting up pressure vessels reliability design theory and method .When the static strength distribution parameters were limit of interval ,the calcula-tion method of steel thin-walled internal pressure spherical vessels allowable reliability is estab-lished .Based on research of the yield and burst strength reliability in the most harsh pressure test ,the allowable reliability range of the spherical vessels is defined in normal or pressure test .%　　确定钢制薄壁内压球形容器静强度的许用可靠度是创建压力容器可靠性设计理论与方法的基础内容之一。在静强度的分布参数为区间限定时，建立了钢制薄壁球形容器静强度许用可靠度的计算方法，并基于最苛刻耐压试验条件下容器静强度的可靠度研究，确定了球形容器屈服与爆破强度在耐压试验和正常操作时的许用可靠度范围。
