串级间管道综合支管装配管组装模具设计

摘要

In connection with the assembly problem that there are more than 70 kinds and over 900 assembly pipe of cascade pipeline integrated branch pipe, the fabricated mould with generality was designed to guarantee the manufacturing quality and raise produce efficiency of assembly pipe. The theory, structure, manufacturing notice of fabricated mould for assembly pipe were introduced.%针对串级间管道综合支管装配管有70余种共900多件的组装难题,为保证串级间管道综合支管装配管的制造质量,提高装配管的生产效率,设计了具有通用性的组装模具.介绍了装配管组装模具的原理、结构、性能及制造注意事项.
