浮头式无机膜反应器设计及管束应力分析

         

摘要

Floating-head type inorganic membrane reactor is a combination of membrane technol-ogy and reactor,reaction and separation coupling of two unit operations into a unit process of the system,it is the main characteristic of the inorganic membrane tube at one end of the free expan-sion,not because the thermal stress causes the damage of membrane.But floating head part com-pletely on membrane tube support,membrane tube by the baffle plate,and membrane tube is fragile,easy to fracture.This study conducted a floating-head type of inorganic membrane reactor design,and folded flow board support finite element analysis were effective,and simulate the stress of the membrane tube and constraint conditions,to ensure content validity and feasibility of design research,and put forward further research emphasis in the future.%浮头式无机膜反应器结合了膜技术和反应器的性能,是将反应和分离两个单元操作耦合成为一个单元过程的系统设备,其特点是无机膜管的一端可以自由伸缩,不会因为热应力造成膜的损坏,但存在靠折流板支撑的膜管较脆,容易发生断裂的问题。对一种浮头式无机膜反应器的设计进行了介绍,并对折流板的支撑作用是否有效进行了有限元分析,模拟了膜管的受力和约束情况,以确保设计内容的正确性与可行性,提出了今后进一步研究的重点。
