The design of three-belt mixed model spherical tank’s shell partition with larger size steel plate was researched.The relationship between polar region shell partition angle and the size for all shell was analyzed at first,and the range of angle can be chosen at present available steel plate size was given.Then the relationship between polar region shell partition angle and the utilization rate of material was analyzed,and find that around 22.5 degree is optimal selection. Based on this explores,the feasibility and economy for larger scale three-belt mixed model spheri-cal tank’s building,and find that the width of available steel plate was the most limited.%在可用钢板尺寸变大成为可能的背景下,研究了三带混合式球罐的分瓣角设计。分析了极带分瓣角与各瓣片所需钢板长度、宽度的关系,基于当前可用钢板尺寸给出了极带分瓣角可选用范围。分析了极带分瓣角与材料利用率的关系,指出极带分瓣角在22.5°附近是最优选择。对大体积三带混合式球罐建造的可行性与经济性进行了探讨,指出可用钢板宽度是大体积三带混合式球罐建造的最大制约因素。
