渤西南长输海底管道某管段内腐蚀直接评价研究

         

摘要

介绍了美国腐蚀工程师协会认证的内腐蚀直接评价法的主要步骤、关键流程、管段倾角和临界倾角的计算方法.应用内腐蚀直接评价法对渤西南长输海底管道某不具备开展智能内检测的管段进行内腐蚀研究,获得了以月为评估时间单元,以里程表征液体积聚位置的管段内腐蚀动态变化图,确定了116个易积液腐蚀风险点,对确定出的腐蚀风险点进行了等级划分.利用 Predict和Norsok M506两种软件预测了受评海底管段一、二级腐蚀风险点的腐蚀速率,依据 API 579-1/ASM E FFS-1准则计算了受评管段的剩余寿命,为此类管道的内腐蚀评价提供一定的参考.%The main steps,key process,pipeline inclination and critical inclination calculation of internal corrosion direct assessment(ICDA)certificated by US National Association of Corrosion Engineers(NACE)are introduced.Applied with the ICDA,internal corrosion of certain pipeline without conditions to carry out intelligent of a long-distance submarine oil transportation pipeline of Southwest Bohai Sea is investigated.As a result,an internal corrosion dynamic change dia-gram with time element in month and corrosion location in mileage is obtained,and 116 corrosion risk points are recognized and classified into three grades.Moreover,the corrosion flowrate of the first grade and second grade corrosion risk points are predicted with two software named Pre-dict and Norsok M506 respectively,and the pipeline residual corrosion life is calculated per to API 579-1/ASME FFS-1.This study can be a reference to ICDA of this kind of pipeline.
