催化裂化外取热器损坏原因分析及改进措施

摘要

武汉石油化工厂Ⅱ套渣油催化裂化装置的外取热器，由于结构设计不够合理，投用仅15个月，便发生了取热管与上、下联箱焊缝被拉断、取热管被磨穿泄漏等事故。检修时，对原设计作了改进，并做到了精心操作、严格管理，收到了预期的效果。%Owing to unreasonable design of structure,after only 15 mouthesput into operation,the external heat-remover of the second residue catalytic cracker in Wuhan petrochemical works,occured troubles.The welding jonits between heat-remover tube and upper and lower header were pulled to perforation and leakage.In maintenace,the original design was improved,and the meticulous in design and serious management were done,the desired results were achieved．
