While China's pesticide products are accelerating their pace of "going abroad", the domestic exporters' desire to know more about the rule of development of international specifications is getting more urgent. This article overviewed the background, procedure, data requirements , and acceptable analytical and test methods for the development of FAO/WHO specification for pesticide. The difference between specifications produced respectively under the old and new procedure was also examined clearly. This has been done mainly by referring Manual on Development and Use of FAO and WHO Specifications for Pesticides. We hope to provide valuable information for the related policy-makers and the industry.%随着中国农药走出去步伐的加快,国内出口企业了解相关产品国际标准制定规则的愿望也愈加迫切.本文通过文献查阅、资料收集等方式,对FAO/WHO农药产品标准产生的背景、依据新、老程序制定标准的差别以及标准制定的程序、资料要求和可接受的分析测试方法等进行了总结介绍,供有兴趣的读者参考.
