Bronopol 20% WP has obtained full registration on rice to control bakanae disease in China.A method for the separation and quantitative analysis of bronopol by HPLC with methanol and 0.04% phosphoric acid-acetonitrile (20:80 v/v) as mobile phase,SinoChrom ODS-BP-C1scolumn and DAD at 215 nm wavelength was described.The results showed that the method is valid over a range of 0.224 8 ~ 1.124mg/mL with the correlation coefficients of above 0.998 8,the standard deviation of 0.11 and the variation coefficient of 0.55%.The average recovery over this range was 99.8%.%20%溴硝醇可湿性粉剂在水稻上已获得正式登记,用以防治水稻恶苗病.本文采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇:0.04%磷酸水溶液(20:80)为流动相,使用SinoChrom ODS-BP-C18、5μm为填料的不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器,在215nm波长下对溴硝醇可湿性粉剂进行分离和定量分析.结果表明,该分析方法在0.224 8~1.124mg/mL线性范围内,相关系数为0.998 8,标准偏差为0.11,变异系数为0.55%,平均回收率为99.8%.
