20硝·烟·辛酰溴可分散油悬浮剂高效液相色谱分析

摘要

采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈和水为流动相(磷酸调制弱酸性液体),使用ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C8色谱柱和紫外可变波长检测器,在245 nm波长下对20%硝·烟·辛酰溴可分散油悬浮剂进行定量分析.结果表明:硝磺草酮、烟嘧磺隆和辛酰溴苯腈的线性相关系数分别为0.9997、0.9997、0.9996,标准偏差分别为0.064、0.021、0.079,变异系数分别为0.80%、0.53%、0.99%,平均回收率分别为100.18%、100.03%、99.85%.%A method for separation and quantitative analysis of mesotrione + nicosulfuron + bromoxynil octanoate 20% OD was described by HPLC, using acetonitrile and water as mobile phase acidified by phosphoric acid, on ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C8 column, with UV-absorbance detector at 245 nm. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of mesotrione, nicosulfuron and bromoxynil octanoate were 0.9997, 0.9997 and 0.9996, the standard deviations were 0.064, 0.021 and 0.079, the variation coefficients were 0.80%, 0.53% and 0.99%, the average recoveries were 100.18%, 100.03% and 99.85%, respectively.
