以季戊四醇(PEL)为核,二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为单体合成一代超支化聚酯H10,并用丁二酸酐、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)对H10进行改性,合成一系列不同配比的UV固化水性超支化聚氨酯(WHPUD).研究了预聚体中丁二酸酐、TDI、HPA的加入量对WHPUD乳液的粒径、黏度、稳定性、涂膜固化速率、固化膜的耐水性和热稳定性的影响.实验结果表明:WHPUD3.0-1.0乳液的外观、粒径、黏度及稳定性最好,涂膜的UV固化率快,固化膜的耐水性及热稳定性优异,可以作为一种优异的涂料用水性聚氨酯树脂.%The hyperbranched polyester H10 was prepared with pentaerythritol (PEL) as a core molecule and dimethylolpropionic acid ( DMPA ) as monomer, and a series of UV - curing waterborne hyperbranched polyurethane was synthesized by modifying the hyperbranched polyester H10 with succinic anhydride, toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and hydroxypropyl acrylate ( HPA). Effects of the amount of succinic anhydride, TDI, HPA on size, viscosity, stability of the emulsion, UV curing rate of the film and water resistance, thermostability of the UV cured film were studied. The experimental results showed that WHPUD3. 0-1.0 had good appearance , size, viscosity and stability as well as a fast UV curing rate and excellent water resistance and thermostability, which could be used as a waterborne polyurethane resin for waterborne coatings with excellent performance.
