无溶剂生物基聚氨酯刚性自流平地坪涂料的研发

摘要

采用生物基支化聚酯/聚醚多元醇、进口助剂、填料等制备了无溶剂生物基聚氨酯刚性自流平涂料色漆A组分,与聚合MDI固化剂B组分以质量比3∶1～4∶1配合使用.该涂料可快速固化,化学稳定性、硬度及耐酸碱性好,尤其耐10％H2SO4溶液性能优异,符合绿色环保涂料要求,施工环境污染小,值得推广应用.%A solvent-free,rigid and self-leveling bio-polyurethane (component A) is prepared by bio-based branched polyester/polyether polyol,and then is mixed with polymeric MDI curing agent (component B) at a ratio of 3 ∶ 1 ～ 4 ∶ 1.This floor coating can be cured rapidly and has high chemical stability and hardness and good acid and alkaline resistance,especially excellent resistance to 10％ H2SO4.The coating meets the requirements of environmental friendly coatings and hardly pollutes construction environment,which enable it to have a good application potential.
