非离子型自乳化水性环氧固化剂的制备、性能及固化机理研究

         

摘要

从分子设计出发,采用聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚(DGEPG)、三乙烯四胺(TETA)和环氧树脂EPON 828为原料,合成了不需成盐的一系列非离子型自乳化的水性环氧树脂固化剂.采用红外手段表征了其结构,采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究了该水性环氧体系的固化行为.结果表明:该产品含有聚醚链段,在水中具有良好的分散性能,得到的漆膜具有优异的物理机械性能、耐水性和耐盐水腐蚀性;G-D-4系列固化剂与环氧树脂水分散体系的Kissinger法表观活化能最低为46.63 kJ/mol.%Based on the molecular design,a series of new nonionic self-emulsified waterborne epoxy curing agents were prepared using DGEPG,TETA and EPON 828 as raw materials.The structure of the curing agent was characterized by FT-IR.The curing behavior of the waterborne epoxy resin was investigated by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC).The result showed that the nonionic self-emulsified waterborne epoxy curing agent had good dispersibility due to the molecular chain of polyglycol chain contained therein.In addition,the cured film had good physical,water resistant and anticorrosive performance.The lowest Kissinger apparent activation energy of the curing agent and epoxy dispersion was 46.63 kJ/mol.
