CT引导下射频热凝术治疗三叉神经痛合并蝶腭神经痛:个案报道与文献复习

本文报告1例 三义神经痛合并蝶腭神经痛患者,经CT引导下三义神经半月节射频热凝术治疗后疼痛完全解除,并对此少见病例进行了文献复习.本例经验提示:三叉神经痛合并蝶腭神经痛患者,经过三叉神经半月节射频热凝术治疗可以完全解除两者的疼痛.%One patient with trigeminal neuralgia combined with sphenopalatine neuralgia treated by radioffequency thermocoagulation therapy under the guidance of CT was reported.The literature reviewed this seldom case.It showed that the pain of trigeminal and sphenopalatine neuralgia can be relieved together by radiofrequency thermocoagulation in the trigeminal ganglion.
