星状神经节射频联合口服药物治疗上肢截肢术后幻肢痛的疗效

摘要

Objective To explore the effects of radioffequency(RF) ablation of stellate ganglion combined with drugs therapy in the treatment of limb phantom pain of upper extrenity after amputation.Methods A total of 12 patients of amputee with phantom limb pain of upper extremity were treated by radiofrequency (RF) ablation of stellate ganglion under digital subtraction angiography (DSA),combined with drugs therapy.The effects were assessed with numerical rating scale(NRS) before the treatment,after the treatment and at 3months after the radiofrequency ablation of stellate ganglion treatment.Results NRS was significantly decreased in all of the patients after treatment.Compared with pretreatment,the NRS was significantly decreased after treatment and at 3 months after the radioffequency ablation of stellate ganglion(P＜ 0.01).There was no difference in NRS between the posttreatment and at 3 months after the radiofrequeney ablation.Conclusion It is effective to treat the phantom limb pain of upper extremity with radiofrequency ablation of stellate ganglion combined with drugs after amputation.%目的 观察星状神经节射频联合药物治疗上肢截肢术后幻肢痛的临床疗效.方法 对幻肢痛患者12例采用星状神经节射频加药物治疗.以数字分级NRS评分法评价治疗前、治疗后及星状神经节射频治疗后3个月时疼痛程度.结果 治疗前、星状神经节射频治疗后及治疗后3个月时NRS评分明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01),星状神经节射频治疗后与治疗后3个月时相比,NRS评分无明显变化.结论 星状神经节射频治疗联合药物能有效治疗上肢截肢术后幻肢痛.
