This paper introduced a new kind of high-speed box-taking mechanism. Double cams five-bar combined mechanism is designed according to motion requirements by using the analysis of box-taking process of automatic cartoner. The actuator of this mechanism can satisfy action of box-taking completely and realize the trajectory with the demand of velocity and gesture. Analyze the key component and confirm the key parameter which affects the efficiency of box-taking.
