四头取盒机构的研究与设计

摘要

This paper introduced a new kind of high-speed box-taking mechanism. Double cams five-bar combined mechanism is designed according to motion requirements by using the analysis of box-taking process of automatic cartoner. The actuator of this mechanism can satisfy action of box-taking completely and realize the trajectory with the demand of velocity and gesture. Analyze the key component and confirm the key parameter which affects the efficiency of box-taking. The interchangeable gascircuit also be designed.%介绍了一种新的高速型取盒机构.在分析取盒动作的基础上,设计出双凸轮驱动五杆机构的取盒机构,该机构的执行机构完全符合取盒动作要求,能够实现有速度和姿态要求的轨迹.分析了关键部件并确定影响取盒效率的关键参数,设计了更换方便的真空气路.
