With the development of food industry, new progresses are made by the research and development in food machinery. The developmental condition of food machinery is summarized, the present condition and existent problems of our national auto cutting device in food machinery are analyzed, as well as the direction of research and development on auto cutting device in our country for the future is indicated in this paper.%随着食品工业的发展,食品机械的研发也有新的进展.本文概述了食品机械的发展状况,重点分析我国食品机械中自动切割装置的研究现状及存在问题,指出今后我国自动切割装置研发的重点方向.
