基于 TRIZ 理论的粉丝生产线切断机设计与仿真

         

摘要

According to a large fan factory provides the cutter initial design , combining TRIZ theory and fuzzy algorithm to the initial design fans cutting machine was improved .The initial design of the cutting ma-chine is introduced;Secondly , according to the practical work of cutting machine , in the building up of TRIZ model.Once again the fuzzy algorithm in the TRIZ search for solutions to the cutting machine improvement principle;Finally to the improvement of the cutting machine principle description ,By Pro/E motion simulation module to simulate the working conditions of the cutter motion parameters , after parametric analysis to verify the design of the cutting machine to meet the production requirements .%根据某大型粉丝加工厂提供的切断机初始设计方案,结合TRIZ理论和模糊算法对初始设计粉丝切断机进行改进。对初始设计的切断机进行了介绍;根据切断机实际工作情况,在TRIZ中建立模型;采用模糊算法在TRIZ中寻找解决切断机改进原理;对改进切断机进行原理描述;通过Pro/E运动仿真模块对切断机的工作状况进行模拟得到运动参数,经过参数分析,验证了设计的切断机能够满足生产要求。
