基于单片机AT89C51的多功能绞肉机开发与实现

摘要

针对目前大多数绞肉机产品功能单一，同时绞切加工后的肉糜质量很难保证的情况，设计一款基于单片机AT89C51的多功能绞肉机。通过绞肉机绞切加工性能测试试验，探寻不同加工模式下猪肉和牛肉绞切加工的最佳转速工况，进行驱动调速系统和多功能控制面板设计，并对样机加工性能进行检验。加工结果表明，该绞肉机绞肉效果良好，完全满足所需加工性能的要求。%Due to the deficiency of singularity of function and difficulty to ensure the quality of ground meat among most of meat grinder products at present,this paper designs a new multifunctional meat grinder based on AT89C51 microcontroller.Firstly,through the test of cut processing performance of meat grinder,it explores the optimal driving speeds for pork and beef separately in rough ground and fine ground.Secondly,it designs the drive speed-adjusting system and multi-function control panel.At last,it displays the experiment study by testing grinding performance of the prototype.The result showed that the prototype has a good effect on meat grinding with stability and reliability in processing,which can completely meet demand of design.
