新型粽子真空包装结构设计

摘要

The vacuum package technology of rice dumplings,making analysis of its physical properties and packanging requirements.A new type of stretch thermoforming film structure and vacuum package process is designed and discussed for four-pieces-packed rice dumplings.The whole package structure and process are illustrated,and the thickness calculation formula of the stretch thermoforming film is established.The new package has its characteristics of safety,beauty and suitable for automatic production.%以粽子真空包装为研究对象，分析其物性及包装要求，探讨一种适应4只粽子装拉伸膜热成型真空包装结构及工艺。确定包装工艺及包装材料，并对所需材料及包装结构进行参数化设计，提出薄膜材料厚度计算公式。新的包装结构具有安全美观，易于自动化生产等特点。
