缝纫式订标机机架的有限元分析及试验验证

     

摘要

To find out how the framework influences vibration of label sewing machine,ANSYS Work-bench was used to solve the natural frequencies and mode shapes of the framework of label sewing machine.An experimental modal analysis model was also set up based on Pulse vibration analysis system ,and modal param-eter of each order was obtained .Aftercomparing the natural frequencies and mode shapes analysed in numeri-cal and experimental way ,the reliability of the finite element model was verified ,and it was also found that the natural frequency of the framework is far higher than the excitation frequency,which is less likely to cause sympathetic vibration .The front part of main framework and underneath framework shows higher amplitude in first 2 orders,while the excitation caused by working parts centres in this area.Harmonic response analysis shows it is harmful to the structure of framework and vibration of label sewing machine.%为分析缝纫式订标机机架的结构特性对订标机振动状态的影响,基于ANSYS Workbench求解了机架有限元模型的各阶固有频率和振型,利用Pulse振动分析系统建立了试验模态分析模型并分析拟合了模态参数,验证了有限元模型的可靠性,发现机架各阶固有频率远高于运动部件工作时对机架的激励频率,不易引起共振。前2阶模态振型反映机架前部与肋板具有较弱的结构刚度,而运动部件对机架的主要激励位置位于机架前端,谐响应分析表明该结构特性将对订标机振动特性产生不利影响,并使肋板与主机架前部连接处产生较大应力,增大机架前部及肋板处的结构刚度,将使机架的振动特性和结构合理性得到改善。
