连续取袋接袋机构的设计

摘要

目的：提高预制袋包装机生产效率，实现自动装袋机连续取袋接袋机构设计。方法：基于回转式充填结构，研究并设计一套预制袋在连续自动充填形式下的取袋接袋机构，实现连续式给袋送袋。结果：针对选定的预制袋供送轨迹，设计出预制袋连续取袋接袋的结构。结论：实现自动装袋机连续取袋接袋机构设计，省去了预制袋充填的间歇等待时间，提高生产效率。为预制袋连续性充填机械结构的研究奠定前期基础。%Objective Design the mechanisms of bag supplying and receiving to improve the low efficiency of bag filling packing machine.Methods We can learn lessons from rotary filling institutions.Based on this problem,come up with the mechanisms that can fill the plastic bags in the form of continuous automatic.Re-sults On this basis,according to the designed plastic bag tracking route,design the bag supplying and receiv-ing mechanisms to realize the automatic continuous filling pattern.Discuss and design the possible mechanisms to realize continuous bag supplying and receiving moves.Conclusion In this way,it can save the waiting time and improve the efficiency.
