四边封口包装机自动对标装置的设计

为了使四边封口包装机包装出的成品美观、整齐,需要研发自动对标装置.论述了包装机中自动对标装置的对标原理及实施方法,即通过按钮控制各个差速器,使打字、横向断裂线、横切、纵封位置相对横封带对正;在传动系统中设计并分析了与自动对标装置相关联的的凸轮曲线.四边封口包装机采用自动对标装置后,能在6min内将板块的文字说明及双面图案完全对正,误差小于0.25 mm.%In order to make the four side sealing packaging machine packaging products beautiful and tidy, need to develop automatic calibration device.
