基于称量自校正补灌控制系统研究设计

             

摘要

为解决传统精油灌装机灌装精度低的问题.设计一种基于称量检测自校正二次补灌控制系统,该系统采用了小脑神经网络模型和PID复合的控制策略.设计了以PLC、PC机和触摸屏组合方式实现在线测量与监控,为二次补灌提供了可靠数据.仿真结果表明小脑神经网络模型和PID复合控制策略具有鲁棒性强、抑制超调能力强、保持较强实时性等特点.在保证精油灌装速度的同时很大程度上提高了灌装精度.%In order to solve the problem that the accuracy of filling in traditional oil filling machine was not high.A kind of quadratic supplementary irrigation control system was designed based on self-correcting weighing and detecting.Cerebellar Model Articulation Controller and PID compound control strategy were adopted in this system.PLC,PC and touch screen were combined to realize on-line measurement and monitoring,which provided reliable data for quadratic supplementary irrigation.The simulation result showed that Cerebellar Model Articulation Controller and PID compound control strategy had the characteristics of strong robustness,strong ability to depress the overshoot and better real-time nature,etc.This strategy may ensure the speed of oil filling and at the same time improve the filling accuracy largrly.
