基于ANSYS回转式谷物烘干机的力学分析

         

摘要

The rotary dryer is commonly used in grain drying process,a finite element model is developed in mechanical analysis of the shell and belt of the rotary kiln by ANSYS.Because of different pressure of wet and dry grain on the shell,the complex loading,changing with axial and circumferential direction,is loaded on the shell,and the deformation and stress distribution law of rotary kiln is got.Belts bear all the weight,and the middle surface of Belt is subject to complex loads from the shell and its weight.Finally,the distance between the two belts is optimized to ensure minimal stress and deformation.%回转式滚筒烘干机是谷物干燥工艺中常用的设备,基于ANSYS利用有限元法对回转窑的筒体和轮带进行有限元仿真分析.针对湿干谷物对筒体的压力不同,对筒体内表面施加沿筒体轴向呈线性变化和沿横截面随圆周变化的复杂载荷,获得回转窑的变形和应力分布规律.考虑到轮带承载所有的重量,所以对轮带中面施加来自筒体和自身重量的复杂载荷,并且以应力和变形量小为目标对两轮带之间的距离进行优化,求得最优距离.
