试论政治道歉对中日关系的良性建构

摘要

Because of the question of Diaoyu Islands,the Sino-Japan relations have been stressed in recent years.It is becoming clear that Hobbes culture in Sino-Japan relations is dominant.The situation and pros-pects of Sino-Japan relations are to be worried.In this situation,it is up to Japan to make a serious political apology to China for the invasive behavior in the history in order that the Sino-Japan relations get away from security dilemma of hostility in Hobbes culture and go back to normal competition in Locke culture and even to Security community of friend relationship in Kant culture.To make a good contribution to the construc-tion of peaceful and friendly Sino-Japan relations,Japan needs to change its identity and interest as an in-flictor,increase benign intention and decrease threat perception to improve the national image of Japan.%自2012年日本购岛闹剧以来，钓鱼岛争端等问题导致中日关系持续紧张，霍布斯文化在中日关系结构中占主导地位的趋势日益明显。在此形势下，中日要摆脱目前日益明显的霍布斯文化安全困境的敌对关系，回归洛克文化的正常竞争关系甚至向康德文化安全共同体的朋友关系转变，就有赖于日本对历史上侵略中国的错误行径郑重向中国做出政治道歉，转变自身施害者的身份和利益，增强中国对其温和意图的认知，降低威胁认知，改善日本的国家形象，从而实现两国和平友好的良性关系的建构。
