The Brain Drain of Chinese Universities

In this knowledge-based era,international brain circulation appears in most countries. Vast of students and high skilled people choose to obtain more opportunities abroad. As the most populous country in the world,China suffers the brain drain most.This article will introduce the brain drain phenomenon within Chinese higher education system and provide some recommendations for the Chinese government and education department in the near future.
