With the reform of education to the basic courses, the modification of classroom language teaching becomes a focus issue in Higher Vocational Colleges. Task-based language teaching is getting more and more popular for its practicality and effectiveness in the cultivating of the communicative competence in English language. Based on the framework of task-base language teaching,this paper mainly discusses the design of each stage in a task with the aim of motivating students to learn more efficiently in accomplishing tasks.
