A Literature Study on Teachers'Burnout at Home and Abroad Based on Bourdieu's Theory of Field

     

摘要

Teachers'burnout, as a social phenomenon, has been defined from different perspectives by many Western scholars. It is found that the domestic researches on university teacher job's burnout have significantly increased and explored in terms of quantity and quality. However,most of them are centering on empirical research not qualitative research both at home and abroad. Particularly, when it comes to college teachers'burnout, it is found that few researchers put forward a systematic and specific theo-retical basis. This paper tries to introduce Bourdieu's field theory as a feasible angle to make a way on teachers'burnout when summarizing those present studies both at home and abroad, especially for junior English teachers in Inner Mongolian universities.
