锂电池薄膜电极的碳粉涂层厚度测量系统设计

         

摘要

锂离子电池薄膜电极的涂层厚度对其电化学性能的影响意义重大,因此在生产中要严格的控制其涂层的厚度.本文针对锂离子电池涂层厚度在生产过程中动态、非接触、高精度厚度测量的要求,设计并实现了一种采用双CCD激光位移传感器作为测量元件,采用微处理器AT92SAM9263+FPGA的控制方式、并以μC/OS-II为操作系统的一种双因子免疫反馈控制的测厚系统,系统主要包括双电机驱动与控制单元,传感器数据采集与处理单元以及LCD显示单元的设计.经过试验验证,其测厚精度可以控制在±0.01 mm之内,满足实际生产的需求.%The coating thickness of lithium-ion battery electrode has the important effect on its electrochemical properties, so the coating thickness should be controlled in industrial production. According to the demand of dynamic, non-contact and high accuracy for lithium-ion battery electrode coating thickness in industrial, a measurement method based on Two CCD laser displacement sensor and the ARM+FPGA processor control structure is designed. TheμC/OS-II is used to the operation system and two cell immune feedback controllers are presented. The system includes the motor drive units and the signal processing of sensor and so on. Through experimental test, the measurement accuracy of system can reach+/-0.01 mm, which can satisfy the demands in practice.
