利用对称光源的快速部分相干成像算法

         

摘要

结合曝光光源对称和矩阵计算的特点,本文提出了一种快速的部分相干成像算法。根据部分相干光源对称的特点,将光源离散为以光源中心为原点的不同半径的圆,沿一条直线在每一个圆上采样,从而将传统正交离散二维采样简化为一维沿半径采样,减少了部分相干光源的采样数;同时,利用矩阵的点乘来加快计算速度。仿真计算结果表明,在曝光光源采样数相同时,采用沿半径采样方法的算法精度更高,在要求计算精度相同时,圆半径采样方法的采样数为传统正交采样方法(N×N)的1/N,大大提高了算法的计算效率。%A fast computation algorithm for aerial images is presented based on the sysmmetric properties of illumination light and matrix multipication. The new discretization approach divides the light source into many concentric circles based on the sysmmetric properties, and the resulting sampled source points can be put along one line outgoing from the origin point, which can reduce the sampling number due to its simplified two dimension traditional orthogonal discretization method to one dimension concentric circles method. In addition, a matrix multiplication technique is adopted to speed up the computation. The simulation results show that under the same sampling number, the circle discretization approach has a higher accuracy than the traditional orthogonal discretization method, and under the same accuracy, the sampling number of concentric circles method is 1/N to the traditional orthogonal discretization method (N×N).
