分析空间激光通信系统精跟踪技术发展现状,使用振镜和CCD相机器件搭建了一套精跟踪系统。对CCD开窗口、光斑中心算法、光斑检测精度和补偿函数设计等内容进行了研究。完成精跟踪模拟实验,结果表明系统视轴稳定精度优于3μrad,符合精跟踪对视轴稳定的要求。%Technical state of fine tracking in space laser communication was analyzed. A kind of experimental device was set up with scanning galvanometric and CCD cameras. The key technologies on region-of-interest of CCD, center location algorithm of formula, precision of spot detection and compensation function were re-searched. Simulation experiment was carried out, what had been proved the precision of line of sight stabiliza-tion was superior to 3μrad, meet the requirements of laser communication system.
