This paper summarized the gain medium,the frequency doubling crystal and ultraviolet laser technology background and its future development direction,discussed the three key on solid-state ultraviolet laser technology,research summarizes the 355nm,266nm,236nm new developments of ultraviolet laser,provided reference for the research of ultraviolet laser.%简述了增益介质、倍频晶体和紫外激光器的技术背景及其未来发展方向,讨论了三者对全固态紫外激光产生的关键技术,研究总结了355nm、266nm、236nm紫外激光器的最新进展,为紫外激光器的研究提供了参考依据.
