技术推动协同创新--解析“红气球项目”引发的美国公立大学本科教育变革

摘要

“红气球项目”是美国州立学院和大学联合会发起的公立大学本科教育变革项目。在联通主义、社会建构主义等理论影响下，“红气球项目”以信息技术、网络、社交媒体等应用为推动力，创建了全国性的协作模式，为美国公立大学本科教育面临的挑战和困难提供了解决思路和方案，由此引发了公立大学的深刻变革。本文对由“红气球项目”引发的变革进行了阐释，并对大学变革实践案例以及“红气球项目”变革与其他教育变革的异同进行了分析，总结出“红气球项目”带来的美国本科教育变革的思路、特征及启示。%The Red Balloon Project is a program focused on undergraduate education transformations in American public colleges and universities launched by the American Association of State Colleges and Universities. Influenced by the connectivism and the social constructivism and empowered by information technology,network and social media,the project creates a nationwide collaboration to provide solutions and ways towards challenges and difficulties faced by un-dergraduate education in public institutions. The project finally triggers profound changes in education. The paper elab-orates these changes and analyzes the similarities and differences among several cases,and finally abstracts the opin-ions,characteristics and enlightenments from these transformational cases found in the Red Balloon Project.
