Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive self-efficacy, a nursing intervention, on the quality of life, condition of negative emotion and self-efficacy level in lung cancer patients during chemotherapy. Method Forty patients with lung cancer who received chemotherapy during May to July in 2016 were assigned to control group, while forty patients with lung cancer who received chemotherapy during August to October in 2016 were assigned to interven-tion group. General situation questionnaire, the hospital anxiety and depression scale (HADS), quality of life instrument for lung cancer (QLICP-LU) and strategies used by people to promote health (SUPPH) were used to explore the lung can-cer patients treated with chemotherapy. Result Compare with the control group (141.00±5.27), total score of life quality of the Intervention group (158.00±4.72) was higher (P<0.05);and the scores of physical function, psychological function, social function, common symptoms, side effects and specific module of intervebtion group were higer than those of con-trol group (P<0.05). The incidences of anxiety and depression between two groups were different (P<0.05). Otherwise, the score of SUPPH in the intervention group (91.40 ± 16.05) was better than that in control group (76.18 ± 16.61) (P<0.01). Conclusion The comprehensive self-efficacy intervention could reduce the anxiety and depression while improve the level of patients''self-efficacy and quality of life of the lung cancer patients with chemotheropy.%目的 探讨综合性自我效能干预对肺癌化疗患者生存质量、负性情绪和自我效能感水平的影响.方法 选取2016年5—7月接受化疗的肺癌患者40例为对照组;选取2016年8—10月接受化疗的肺癌患者40例为干预组.采用一般情况调查表、医院用焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)、肺癌患者生存质量量表(QLICP-LU)、中文版健康促进策略问卷(SUPPH)对两组患者进行调查.结果 干预后,干预组的生存质量总分为(158.00±4.72)分,高于对照组的(141.00±5.27)分(P﹤0.05);干预后,干预组患者的躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、共性症状及不良反应、特异模块评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).干预后,对照组和干预组患者的焦虑抑郁发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).干预后,对照组患者的SUPPH评分为(76.18±16.61)分,明显低于干预组患者的(91.40±16.05)分(P﹤0.01).结论 对肺癌化疗患者实施综合性自我效能干预后,可减轻患者的焦虑抑郁程度,提高患者的自我效能感水平及生存质量.
