Vasohibin-1、PD-1、SDF-1在结直肠癌患者中的表达及其与临床特征的关系

         

摘要

目的 探讨Vasohibin-1、程序性死亡受体1(PD-1)、基质细胞衍生因子-1(SDF-1)在结直肠癌患者中的表达及其与临床特征的关系.方法 选取200例结直肠癌患者(结直肠癌组)和200例结直肠息肉患者(结直肠息肉组),比较两组患者Vasohibin-1、PD-1、SDF-1的表达情况及其与直肠癌患者临床特征的关系.采用Logistic回归分析法分析影响结直肠癌患者Vasohibin-1、PD-1、SDF-1表达情况的因素.结果 结直肠癌组患者的Vaso-hibin-1、PD-1、SDF-1阳性表达率均明显高于结直肠息肉组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01).有淋巴结转移、组织学分型为黏液腺癌、Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、肿瘤直径≥5 cm结直肠癌患者的Vasohibin-1、PD-1、SDF-1阳性表达率明显高于无淋巴结转移、组织学分型为管状腺癌、Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、肿瘤直径﹤5 cm的患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);不同年龄、性别、肿瘤部位结直肠癌患者的Vasohibin-1、PD-1、SDF-1阳性表达率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05).Logistic回归分析结果表明,淋巴结转移和TNM分期是影响结直肠癌患者Vasohibin-1、PD-1、SDF-1阳性表达的独立因素(P﹤0.05).结论 结直肠癌患者的Vasohibin-1、PD-1、SDF-1阳性表达率较高,且与淋巴结转移和TNM分期密切相关.%Objective To explore the expressions of Vasohibin-1, programmed cell death 1 (PD-1) and stromal cell-derived factor-1 (SDF-1) in patients with colorectal cancer and the relationship between the clinacal features of the pa-tients and the expressions of above factors. Method 200 colorectal cancer patients (cancer group) and 200 colorectal pol-yps patients (polyps group) were enrolled. The expressions of Vasohibin-1, PD-1 and SDF-1 in two groups and the rela-tionship between expressions of above factors and the clinical features were observed. Logistic regression was used to an-alyze the factors which may influence the expressions of Vasohibin-1, PD-1 and SDF-1. Result The positive expression rates of Vasohibin-1, PD-1 and SDF-1 in patients with colorectal cancer were significantly higher than those in patients with colorectal polyp (P<0.01). The positive expression rates of Vasohibin-1, PD-1 and SDF-1 in colorectal cancer pa-tients with lymph node metastasis, histological type as mucinous adenocarcinoma, TNM stage III-IV and tumor size great-er than or equal to 5 cm were significantly higher than those in colorectal cancer patients with no lymph node metastasis, histological type as tubular adenocarcinoma, TNM stage I-II and tumor size smaller than 5 cm (P<0.01);there was no sig-nificant difference on Vasohibin-1, PD-1 and SDF-1 positive expression rates between colorectal cancer patients with dif-ferent age, gender and location of lesion (P>0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that the lymph node metastasis and TNM staging were independent factors of positive expression of Vasohibin-1, PD-1 and SDF-1 in patients with colorectal cancer (P<0.05). Conclusion The positive expression rates of Vasohibin-1, PD-1 and SDF-1 is higher in pa-tients with colorectal cancer, which is associated with lymph node metastasis and TNM staging.
