原油预脱水剂的研究及应用

摘要

LGS—2原油预脱水剂是针对特高含水期采出液处理费用高、外输原油含水高和处理后污水含油高等弊端而研制的。对孤四联合站进行现场试验应用，在药剂成本下降15%的前提下，外输原油含水由试验前的1.32%下降到1.20%，外输污水含油由试验前的346mg/L下降到34.7mg/L。试验结果表明：对处理特高含水期采出液，采用预脱水剂与破乳剂配合使用的方法，在成本管理和技术指标上均可得到较大改观。%Through the field test and application at Gu No.4 Combinationstation,the chemical cost decreases 15%,water cut in crude decreases from 1.32%(befor test)to 1.20% and oil cut in outtransferring sewage decreases from 370mg/L(before test) to 34.7%mg/L.Test result shows that the combining use of predehydrator with the demulsifier on the produced liquid,great bencfit can be gained on cost management and technique indexes.
