储罐施工工艺规程图示化技术研究

摘要

In traditional storage tank installation technology, technicians usually adopt the text description method to do the task explanation.Though the content is comprehensive,it is not intuitive enough. The construction team has to refer to the blueprints and specification requirements. In view of this situation, based on the secondary development CAD word processing software and the three-dimensional mapping software matching with it,we estab-lish a set of visual process planning system generation platform to generate a technology proce-dure,which is mapped based on the development of a simplicity of various kinds of construc-tion technology procedures, basing on axonometric drawing, matching with graph, text annotation explanatory, according to the logical relationship of each process, to form a graphical, visualized, serial process planning guidance atlas, plays a crucial role to solve the above problem.%传统储罐安装技术交底人员大多且采用文字描述方式，虽然内容较全面，但不够直观形象，施工时还需要参照图纸及规范要求。鉴于这种情况，利用二次开发的CAD文字处理软件及与之匹配的三维轴测图绘制软件，建立一套图视化工艺规程系统生成平台，通过平台绘制一种以轴测图为主，配以图表、文字标注说明的简洁化各分项工程工艺技术规程，按照工程各工序的逻辑关系形成图示化、直观化及系列化的工艺规程指导图册，对解决上述问题起到至关重要的作用。
