5000 m3立式储罐近距离整体迁移方案

         

摘要

Steady movement of tanks, the anti-deformation measure of tank wall panels and safety of surrounding operators should be taken into consideration in the process of the overall moving of storage tanks. Compared with the 5000 m3 storage tank moving case in the expansion project of an oil depot, through comprehensively considering the site plane layout, moving route and distance, strengthening method of storage tanks and cost, the hoisting moving method is determined to be adopted. Before moving, the internal stiffening packing is made of box iron, and there are equidistant lifting eyes are set on each layer of the stiffening packing; the tank wall panel is symmetrically fixed with the aid of screw thread steel fastener;the grid on the tank bottom plate is made to weld and fix;the erection open-ing and hoisting upright column installation are finished on the tank roof; and the mvoing platform is built. Two main cranes and one auxiliary crane are used to move the storage tank steadily to the new-built base, and each quality index of the storage tank is under control. The use of hoisting moving method not only improves the moving efficiency, save the time and construction cost, but also has a certain reference value for the overall movement of similar storage tanks.%储罐整体迁移时,需要考虑罐体的平稳移动、罐壁板的防变形措施以及周边作业人员的安全.对照某油库改扩建项目中5000 m3储罐迁移案例,通过对现场平面布置、迁移路线和距离、储罐加固方式及投入成本综合考虑,确定采用吊装迁移法.迁移前,使用槽钢制作内部加强胀圈,并在每层加强圈上等距离设置吊耳;使用螺纹钢紧固件对称固定罐壁板;罐底板制作网架焊接固定;在罐顶开设吊装孔、安装吊装立柱;修筑迁移平台.采用2台主吊、1台辅吊配合将储罐平稳移动至新建基础上,储罐各项质量指标均在可控范围内.采用吊装迁移法可以提高迁移效率,节约时间成本和施工成本,对同类储罐的整体迁移具有一定的参考价值.
