微波诱导催化氧化蒸发池废液探索性试验

         

摘要

对微波诱导催化氧化法治理新疆油田蒸发池废液进行研究,通过单因素影响实验、正交实验分析改性活性炭用量、微波辐射功率、辐射时间、废液pH值对废液中COD去除率的影响,并开展了现场试验.考虑经济与技术条件,确定了最佳处理工况:改性活性炭用量3 9,微波功率600 w、微波辐射时间6 min.试验结果表明,在此工况下COD去除率平均达到90%以上,出水水质达到外排标准,与传统油田废水治理方法相比具有明显的优越性,可进行工业化推产应用.%The evaporation pool wastewater treatment with catalytic oxidation induced by microwave in Xinjiang Oilfield is studied.Through the single factor experiment and the orthogonal experiment,influences of the modified activated carbon dosage,microwave radiation power,radiation time and wastewater pH value on COD removal rate are analyzed,and then the site test is conducted.Considering the economic and technical conditions,the optimal treatment working conditions are determined as follow:the dosage of activated carbon is 3 g,microwave radiation power is 600 W and irradiation time is 6 min.the rest result shows that under above working conditions,the average COD removal rate can reach above 90%,and the outlet water quality can meet the effluent standard.Compared with the traditional oilfield wastewater treatment method,this method has obvious advantages and can be industrialized,popularized and applied.
