天然气压缩机厂房降噪的设计措施

摘要

In order to make the noise emission of natural gas compressor plant meet the requirements of Emisson standard for industrial enterprises noise at boundary GB12348- 2008,measures should be taken for the compressor plant. After analyzing the noise sources and characteristics of natural gas compressor plant,according to the basic theory about noise reduction,light steel keel structure design contains multi-layer light sound insulation board,the multi-layer porous fiber sound-absorbing material layer is used in the walls and roofs of the compressor plant to isolate the full band noise,the noise enclosure device is used on the roof vent and exhaust ports to reduce noise for external radiation,the muffler is used in the air in-take and exhaust fan to achieve the silencing effect.These measures not only reduce the impact on the sur-rounding environment,but make the noise emission to meet the national requirements of standards.%:为使天然气压缩机厂房噪声排放达到 《工业企业厂界环境噪声排放标准(GB 12348—2008)》 规范的要求,需要对压缩机厂房采取有针对性的设计措施.通过对天然气压缩机厂房的噪声来源及特点进行分析,根据降噪基本理论,对压缩机厂房的墙壁及屋顶采用内含多层轻质隔声板、多层多孔纤维吸声材料层的轻钢龙骨结构设计隔断全频带噪声,对屋面排气口及排烟口四周加装消声围护装置减弱噪音对外界的辐射,对进风及排风机加装消声器达到消声的效果.通过以上降噪设计措施,可使噪声达到国家规定的排放标准,减少噪声对周边环境的影响.
