艾哈代布油田高含硫采出水曝空气除硫实验研究

         

摘要

High sulfur content in produced water is the main factor for pipeline corrosion and forma-tion plugging in Ahdeb Oilfield. In numerous sulfide removal methods, sulfide removal by aerating has many advantages, such as simple process, lower cost and easy operation. Test and research results of sul-fide removal by aerating show that when the aeration rate is 23 L/h, the total sulfur in producing water can be reduced to 10 mg/L in 3 minutes with the gas liquid ratio of about 4:1; the sulfide can be com-pletely eliminated in 18 minutes with the gas liquid ratio of 23:1. Both of increasing aeration rate and re-ducing the bubble diameter can improve the efficiency of sulfide removal. There is a significant rise of produced water pH valve and the corrosivity of produced water is decreased obviously after sulfide re-moval.%艾哈代布油田采出水中硫化物过高是引起管线腐蚀、地层堵塞的主要因素.众多的除硫方法中,曝空气除硫工艺简单、成本较低,易于现场操作.对曝空气除硫工艺进行了实验研究,结果表明:当曝气速度为23 L/h时,3 min就可以控制总硫在10 mg/L以下,此时气液比约为4:1;18 min可将硫化物完全除去,此时气液比为23:1;增大曝气速度及减小气泡直径均能提高除硫效率;除硫后采出水pH值显著升高,腐蚀性明显降低.
