Corrosive produced water with high concentration of sulfide in Ahdeb Oilfield can generate FeS precipitation that can cause under scale corrosion and tubing plugging.The pilot field study on aer-ation for sulfide removal is carried out based on previous laboratory-scale research. The result shows that when the aeration column microbubble generator is used and the gas-liquid ratio reaches 16:1, the concentration of sulfide in produced water can be lowered to 10 mg/L from 80 mg/L; when the jet mixer and the U-shape tube aeration device are used and the gas-liquid ratio reaches 6:1, the con-centration of sulfide in produced water can be decreased to 15 mg/L from 80 mg/L; the two methods are used to continuously increase the gas-liquid ratio, and the sulfide removal effect is not increased;the pH value of produced water increases to a near neutral status after sulfide removal, and the residual dissolved oxygen in produced water can decline to within 0.05 mg/L during standing process.%艾哈代布油田高含硫腐蚀性采出水易形成FeS沉淀加快垢下腐蚀并堵塞油管.在前期实验室研究的基础上开展了曝空气除硫现场中试研究.试验结果表明,采用曝气柱微气泡发生器,当气液比达到16:1时,可将采出水中含硫质量浓度由80 mg/L降至10 mg/L;采用喷射混合器-U形管曝气装置,当气液比达到6:1时,可将采出水中含硫质量浓度由80 mg/L降至15 mg/L;采用两种方式继续提高气液比,不再提高除硫效果;采出水除硫后pH值增大至近中性,残留溶解氧在静置过程中可逐步降至0.05 mg/L以内.
