微生物技术在含聚污水深度处理中的应用及改进

             

摘要

油田含聚污水成分日趋复杂,普通污水处理工艺已不能适应水质的处理要求。通过微生物自身的生命过程——氧化、还原、合成,把含聚污水中复杂的有机物降解成简单的无机物,可达到净化含聚污水的目的。针对大庆油田某含聚污水处理站原微生物工艺存在的问题对工艺设备进行了改进,采用缓冲罐+气浮+微生物处理+固液分离+一级石英砂过滤的微生物处理工艺。采用改进后的微生物处理工艺可确保含聚污水达到“5.5.2”指标要求,实现了污水就地回注。当来水含油长期超标时,需发挥排泥、收油等辅助作用,确保水质稳定达标。%With the composition of polymer-containing wastewater from oilfield is becoming more complicated, the current wastewater treatment process can’t meet the water-quality requirements. Through the biotic activity of microbes-oxidation, reduction, synthesis, etc, the polymerization wastewater in the degradation of complex organic matter into simple inorganic substances which can achieve the goal of purifying polymerization wastewater;with an aim at the existing problem of the pre-vious microbial technology in some polymerization wastewater treatrnert station in Daqing Oilfield, an improved technological equipment was put forward, which comprise of buffer tank, air floatation, microorganism treatment, solid-liquid separation and quartz sand filtration. By using the improved process can ensure polymerization wastewater reach the “5.5.2” standards, and the produced water reinjection can be realized.When outlet water with oil content is long term excess-standard,mud dis-charge and oil collection will play an auxiliary role in the process to ensure the water quality reach the standard steadily.
