分析了F-1300型钻井泵主螺栓及轴承盖断裂的现状与原因.改进了结构,加强了主螺栓连接强度,进行了受力分析与校核,并对主轴承润滑油路进行了改造,以确保充分润滑.改进后,保证了F-1300型钻井泵在钻井现场恶劣工况下安全使用.%The F-1300 drilling pump of main bolts and bearing cover present situation and the reason were analyzed, through the structure in transformation, the main bolts connection strength was reinforced, and the stress analysis examination was carried on. Simultaneously corresponding on the main bearing lubricant road was transformed, the sufficient lubrication effect was guaranteed. The F-1300 type of drilling pump to solve the main bolts and bearing cover question was improved, it is more suitable for the environment of bad drilling site reliably use.
